The Boat House, a modern twist on a rustic barn, offers a unique, luxury open-plan living space with a loft bedroom and a charming shepherd’s hut as the second bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with a vintage industrial dining table completes the space
By day the Boathouse also doubles as a conference room with a 12-seat conference table and flat screen TV for presentations.
With cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a north-facing deck with outdoor sofas and beanbags the Boathouse overlooks stunning water views to Mt Tamahunga, and offers a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Bluestone Farmhouse
The newest addition to the Bluestone family will be completed in Spring 2025.
The Farmhouse will comprise of 4 double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, large shared living spaces, infinity edge pool and spa, outdoor entertaining space with kitchen and open fire. Mesmerising views of Kawau Island complete the continued feeling of luxury that the Bluestone brand holds strongly to.
Located just 1km from the Bluestone Main House, the Farmhouse will provide a convenient extension to host larger corporate groups and even more functional spaces for your team to gather together

Nestled into a gentle slope, with sweeping lawns and native bush, Bluestone is a place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Our beautiful bush walks are rich with New Zealand’s native flora and fauna and unique native birds. Below the Main House and hidden from view you can find Bluestone’s full sized astro turf tennis court and basketball hoop. Our yoga dome is a favourite with guests, perfect for individual or group yoga as well as meditation and breathwork.
Simply pour a glass of locally sourced wine, sink into a comfortable chair or bean bag and enjoy some special moments with friends or family. If you are lucky our local tui birds will serenade you.
