Quote and event planning services are charged at $130 per hour. To give you an idea, a 2 day offsite would require approximately 6 hours of planning
A 50% deposit of the agreed quote for planning services is required alongside full payment for accommodation 7 days prior to arrival date.
The remainder of the agreed quote and any additional costs will be invoiced on departure.

Inclusions
Full use of Bluestone accommodation and amenities
Espresso and filter coffee plus black and herbal teas, are stocked for you. We can teach you how to use Elektra - our stylish Italian Espresso machine.
Chefs kitchen stocked with a wide variety of pantry staples are there for your use - we have many herbs and vegetables growing in the garden as well.
Fibre optic ultra-fast broadband ensures great connectivity. The property has Wifi, Apple TV and 3 Smart TVs in common areas.
We are an automated home that uses a Control 4 system. The sound system is excellent and easy to connect to using Spotify etc.
You have exclusive use of all Bluestone’s facilities, including pool, spa pool, tennis court, gym, games room and grounds.
We have several indoor and outdoor fireplaces on the property for guest use. Firewood is available. Please ensure that fires are never left unattended and that fireguards are in place at all times. Outdoor fires can only be lit if there is no fire ban. All fires must be fully extinguished when left alone.
Our full size astro turf tennis court is available for you to enjoy. We have four rackets, a ball machine and tennis balls available for guest use.
The basketball hoop is located at one end of the tennis court.
There is a Games Room with a pool table, darts and pétanque. Other sports/ games equipment include:

SUSTAINABILITY
Leaving a small footprint on the land is very important to us at Bluestone. We have 4 x 25000 litre rainwater tanks on the property which provide for all house water needs. Our pure rainwater is filtered using ultraviolet light to ensure it is fresh and clean.
A bank of solar panels supplements our electricity and kicks into gear in emergency situations.
Our bathroom and cleaning products are as much as possible botanical and natural.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are strategically positioned around the property with a safety briefing and map provided to guests on arrival.
A first Aid Kit and Defibrillator are located in the Main House hub (in kitchen).
An emergency cupboard with torches, lanterns etc is located in the kitchen.
