• Quote and event planning services are charged at $130 per hour.  To give you an idea, a 2 day offsite would require approximately 6 hours of planning

• A 50% deposit of the agreed quote for planning services is required alongside full payment for accommodation 7 days prior to arrival date.

• The remainder of the agreed quote and any additional costs will be invoiced on departure.
