Alex is a director and founding partner of Next Evolution Performance (NEP), a global coaching business that uses neuroscience to help leaders, business owners, and teams maximize performance while reducing effort to ensure sustainable success. NEP blends neuroscience, psychology, and other disciplines to improve high-performance outcomes.

With a background in psychology and a certificate in applied neuroscience, Alex originally founded and ran an advertising and values development business for corporate clients, focusing on the impact of personal and company values on sustainability. She now applies this experience to guide NEP clients in understanding the role of culture in performance, offering cultural reviews and values development programs.

With 20 years of experience coaching SMEs and corporates across the U.K., U.S., Canada, Australia, and Dubai, Alex has recently relocated back to New Zealand. She is passionate about enhancing workplace energy and sustainability, helping clients build long-term strategies for both business and personal growth.

Alex is also a qualified Integrated Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, and mother of three.
